We are seeking to hire an entry-level construction professional to join our Estimating team.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- PSO Meetings: Attend and participate in Potential Sales Opportunity (PSO) meetings to gather and relay relevant project information.
- Opportunity Management: Track and manage new project opportunities, ensuring all pertinent details are documented and communicated in our CRM system.
- Pricing Requests: Handle pricing requests from our internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Planswift Creation: Utilize Planswift software to create, update, and manage roofing takeoffs files for various projects.
- Pre-Qualifications: Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification packages required for bidding and project participation.
- Pre-Bids/Site Visits: Coordinate and participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to collect key project details and site conditions essential for accurate estimating.
- Project Discovery: Support the initial discovery phase by gathering data, analyzing project requirements, and contributing to early assessments.
- Labeling and Documentation: Label, organize, and document plans during ASMEP roof plan reviews to ensure clarity and ease of access for the estimating team.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing project files, managing correspondence, and assisting the estimating team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of estimation and project management principles.
- Familiarity with Planswift or similar estimation takeoff software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education And Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant coursework in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
$35-$40k
