We are seeking to hire an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our Production Team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting commercial roofing projects across multiple sites, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing feedback to the production team to maintain excellence in all installations.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Supervise job sites, ensuring all crew members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide guidance and oversight to supervisors and crew members, addressing any issues or discrepancies in real time.
• Verify proper installation of roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and other commercial roofing materials.
• Document inspection findings, generate detailed reports, and communicate results to the Production Team and management.
• Ensure that all roofing materials and equipment meet company and project requirements before installation.
• Act as a liaison between project supervisors and management, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall project quality.
• Address and resolve safety concerns or hazards promptly to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience in Commercial Roofing

•  Experienced with PVC, TPO, Sheet Metal, and Mod Bit Roofing details

Minimum Employment Requirements;

• Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check

• 3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver)

• Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen &

• Complete Post Hire fit for duty screening.

• Pass the 90-day introductory period.

Qualifications:

• 40-60 Hour Work Weeks.

• Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance.

• Rotating (1) weekend per month On-Call Schedule.

• Periodic, Regional, and overnight stays for job completion.

• Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs.

• Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors.

• Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised.

• Excellent communicator, both oral and written- Customer Service skill set.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at roofing job sites. The weather work environment and job sites can be extremely hot or extremely cold. This position is performed inside and outside.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
